We had a wonderful experience during our new year stay. The hosts were warm, friendly, and easy going. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, with a large and deep bath. We loved the fact that there were tea and coffee facilities in the room, as well as a small TV. The location was perfect, conveniently tucked away in a nice and quiet area, but still close to the NEC. One of the best aspects was the breakfast, which included delicious freshly warmed croissants, fruit, yogurt, cereals.
There were a few minor drawbacks. The parking space was quite small, and the noise from the nearby motorway was a bit loud, so we had to keep the bedroom window closed.

We had a great city trip in a cozy guest house. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet area but still conveniently close to the city center. The room was comfortable with a huge wardrobe and tea and coffee facilities. The best part was the massive bathroom with a shower and bath, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hosts were amazing, providing a warm welcome and offering a delicious continental breakfast with freshly warmed croissants, fruit, cereal, and yogurts.
While the guest house was lovely overall, there were a couple of minor downsides. having to access the bathroom via the main hall was a bit inconvenient, a direct door from the bedroom would have been ideal.
